www.wholefoodies.org - Bring 1 part water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 1 part quinoa (1 cup) to the water along with some sea salt or seaweed. Seaweed is preferable due to its easily assimilated organic salts that they contain. Once the quinoa and water are at a boil, put a lid on it and reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Dress it up afterwards with spices, nuts, seeds, seasonings, fresh vegetables, herbs or a sauce.
